Car Rolls Back on Highway and Almost Hits Oncoming Vehicle

This person pulled up into the petrol pump without pulling the handbrakes which lead to the car rolling back into the oncoming traffic on the highway. It almost hit the oncoming car and only missed because of driver's quick maneuver.
