Two Singaporeans aged 23 and 34 were among 15 Covid-19 deaths reported on Thursday (Oct 14).

Professor Teo Yik Ying, dean of NUS' Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, tells Straits Times that the real focus should be on two issues - both were not fully vaccinated and had underlying medical conditions.
