A building in Taiwan caught fire, killing 46 people

In the early morning of October 14, a fire broke out in the "City within City" building in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and 46 people have died. The Kaohsiung City Government stated that it does not rule out man-made arson, and the police have brought back 4 people for investigation.
