Chhath and Diwali festival have great importance in Bihar. In view of the heavy rush of passengers during these festivals, Indian Railways has announced to run festival special trains from New Delhi and Anand Vihar stations to Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Barauni, Saharsa and Jaynagar stations in Bihar.

बिहार में छठ और दिवाली त्योहार का बड़ा महत्व है. इन त्योहारों के दौरान यात्रियों की भारी भीड़ को देखते हुए भारतीय रेलवे ने नई दिल्ली और आनंद विहार स्टेशन से बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर, दरभंगा, बरौनी, सहरसा और जयनगर स्टेशनों के लिए फेस्टिवल स्पेशल ट्रेनों को चलाने का ऐलान किया है
