The Victorian Government says crowds will return to the Melbourne Cup and concerts at the Sidney Myer Music bowl, along with smaller venues, as the state prepares to reopen. Up to 10,000 people will be at Flemington on the first Tuesday in November, while music fans will be able to attend a concert at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Saturday the 30th of October.
