Victoria reaches new COVID record and death toll milestone

Victoria records yet another daily record – 1,965 new COVID cases, with the virus spreading to regional towns, and vulnerable communities. And there were five more deaths, taking us to another sombre milestone – over 800 Victorians have now died over the course of the pandemic.
