Why crime branch not satisfied by answers of Ashish Mishra?

Ashish Mishra, accused of murder in Lakhimpur, appeared before the police this morning. During interrogation, he presented several evidences of his innocence. He also gave the affidavits of the witnesses, but in the midst of the interrogation, he could not tell that after all, on the afternoon of October 3, where was he for about 45 minutes. Ashish Mishra was asked to reach at 11 am but he reached the crime branch at 10.40 minutes, 20 minutes before. The interrogation of accused Ashish Mishra started at 11 am in the crime branch office. The process of interrogation of Ashish Mishra took place in the presence of his lawyer and a representative of Minister Ajay Mishra. Ashish's statement under section 164 was recorded in front of DIG Upendra Agrawal and SDM of Lakhimpur. Watch this video.
