Mutton Kali Mirch:

Ingredients:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Black pepper ¾ -1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

For Garnish:
Fresh coriander leaves as required
Lemon wedges as required

Method:
Put all ingredients in a pot and stir well. Cook for 30-45 minutes until meat is very soft and tender. Garnish with more black pepper, coriander leaves and lemon wedges.


Lauki Kulfi:

Ingredients:
Bottle gourd (2 cups grated) 200gm
Milk powder 11/2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom-nutmeg powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Saffron few strands
Milk 1 tbsp
Almonds and pistachios (sliced) 2 tbsp
Nuts (chopped) for garnish

Method:
Boil the grated gourd in 2 cups water till tender. Add the milk powder and sugar. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes with continuous stirring. Cool. Blend till smooth. Add vanilla, saffron and milk solution and cardamom & nutmeg powder. Freeze in kulfi molds. Garnish with almonds, pistachios and nuts.
