After getting a befitting reply from the Indian government, the UK government has changed the quarantine rules. Britain has approved the Kovishield Vaccine Certificate i.e. those who get both the doses of Kovishield will no longer have to be quarantined when they go to the UK. Apart from this, Indians taking both doses of the vaccine that has been approved by the British government will also not need to be in quarantine.

भारत सरकार (Indian Govt) की ओर से करारा जवाब मिलने के बाद ब्रिटेन सरकार (British government) ने क्वारंटाइन नियमों (quarantine) में बदलाव कर दिया है. ब्रिटेन ने कोविशील्ड वैक्सीन सर्टिफिकेट (Covishield Vaccine) को मंजूरी दे दी है यानी कोविशील्ड के दोनों डोज लगवाने वालों को अब ब्रिटेन जाने पर क्वारंटाइन नहीं होना पड़ेगा. इसके अलावा, जिस वैक्सीन को ब्रिटिश सरकार ने मंजूरी दी है, उसकी दोनों डोज लेने वाले भारतीयों को भी क्वारंटाइन में रहने की जरूरत नहीं होगी.
