On the first day of the Navratri festival, devotees thronged the famous Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine to offer prayers.
The 9-day-long Navratri festival begins today.
“I feel lucky to arrive here with my family on the first day of Navratri. It holds importance this year as we didn't celebrate it for the last two years due to Covid. The decoration of the temple is beautiful as always," said Preeti Jain, a devotee.
