Federal Territories Minister Shahidan Kassim made a bold move today, sharing his actual phone number for Kuala Lumpur residents to alert him of potholes
He also shared the phone numbers of his deputy Jalaluddin Alias, and Kuala Lumpur Mayor Mahadi Che Ngah.
He said Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has agreed to act on any complaints of road damage in the capital within 24 hours.
