On the use of firecrackers, the Supreme Court said that the celebration cannot take place at the cost of the lives of others. The court clearly said that we are not against celebrating, but it should not be at the cost of the lives of others.

अगले महीने दिवाली है. ऐसे में पटाखों का शोर सुनाई देने की पूरी उम्मीद है. लेकिन इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ग्रीन क्रैकर्स के नाम पर पुराने पटाखे बेचने के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त रवैया अपनाया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पटाखों के इस्तेमाल पर कहा कि उत्सव दूसरों के जीवन की कीमत पर नहीं हो सकता. कोर्ट ने साफ शब्दों में कहा कि हम जश्न मनाने के खिलाफ नहीं हैं, लेकिन ये दूसरों के जीवन की कीमत पर नहीं होना चाहिए.
