శాసన సభలో పోడు భూమలపై చర్చ జరపాలని మంగళవారం కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఇచ్చిన వాయిదా తీర్మాణాన్ని శాసన సభ తిరస్కరించింది. దీంతో కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు సభనుండి వాకౌట్ చేసారు. పోడు భూముల వ్యవహారంలో ప్రభుత్వం ఏకపక్షంగా వ్యవహరిస్తోందని కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే శ్రీధర్ బాబు మండిపడ్డారు.

The Legislative Assembly on Tuesday rejected an adjournment motion moved by the Congress party to discuss the Podu lands in the Assembly. With this, the Congress MLAs walked out of the House. Congress MLA Sridhar Babu was angry that the government was acting unilaterally in the Podu land issue.
