Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi interacted with party workers through a phone call who gathered outside PAC Guest House in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. Priyanka Gandhi has been detained in Sitapur under Section 151 (arrest to prevent the commission of cognizable offences) of the CrPC.
