Bihar By-Election 2021: Congress-RJD lost its support, know what Madan Mohan Jha said? Congress seems very angry with the attitude of RJD in Bihar. For the assembly by-elections, RJD has fielded candidates on both the seats, while one of these Kusheshwar seat was in the account of Congress. Congress says that RJD has done this arbitrarily without taking their consent, which is not following the alliance religion.
