PM rejects funding calls for hospitals from states and territories

The Commonwealth is rejecting a request from states and territories to continue paying half of the cost of health care until mid 2023. Prime Minister Scott Morrison said states and territories have already been given extra financial support to bolster their health systems during the COVID pandemic.
