Australia has ordered 300 thousand doses of the new drug molnupiravir used to treat coronavirus plus 15 thousand doses of sotrovimab. Both these drugs have been shown to keep people with mild COVID symptoms from developing more severe disease however Dr Norman Swan says there's limitations and benefits to both.
