Psychiatrists warn some domestic violence victims misdiagnosed as delusional

Psychiatrists who treat domestic violence victims are concerned that some mental health services are labelling women as delusional - when they may be suffering trauma from abuse. They warn the consequences of misdiagnosis are severe and can even lead to women losing access to their children.
