Unfortunate that Congress does not have president: Sibal

The conflict has started once again in the country's oldest party Congress. Former Union Minister and Congress leader Kapil Sibal held a press conference on Wednesday and targeted former Congress President Rahul Gandhi without taking any name. He opined that people are leaving the party, the party will now have to think about how to move forward. CWC meeting should be called at the earliest. Issues can be resolved through dialogue.
