Work From Home: 60% Companies Yet To Finalise Return To Work Strategy

The Workforce and Increment Trends survey 2021 conducted by Deloitte revealed that only 40 percent organisations have finalised their return to work strategy. This means that 60% of companies surveyed are yet to devise a return policy. But at the same time 90 percent organisations now looking at a hybrid work arrangement, which is a combination of work from home and office.
