Veteran suicide rate three times higher than previously reported

The latest figures show more than 12-hundred men and women who've served in the military took their own lives over the past two decades, almost three times more than previously reported. Gwen Cherne is the Veteran Family Advocate Commissioner, and she says the data reflects the extent of the crisis.
