Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the 17th Foundation Day of the National Disaster Management Authority on Tuesday. The theme of this year's foundation day is 'Wide impact of disaster cases in the Himalayan region'. During the program, Amit Shah launched the 'Aapda Mitra Yojana' and said that with its launch, people stranded in flood-prone areas would get help in seconds.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah ने मंगलवार को National Disaster Management Authority के 17वें स्थापना दिवस का उद्धाटन किया। इस वर्ष स्थापना दिवस का विषय ‘हिमालयी क्षेत्र में आपदा के मामलों के व्यापक असर’ है।कार्यक्रम के दौरान अमित शाह ने 'Aapda Mitra Yojana' की शुरुआत की और कहा कि इसकी शुरुआत से बाढ़ ग्रस्त इलाकों में फंसे व्यक्तियों को सेकंडों में सहायता प्राप्त हो सकेगी
