Bhabanipur Bypoll: BJP blames Mamata for spreading violence

BJP national vice-president Dilip Ghosh who was allegedly manhandled in Bhabanipur during the Bhabanipur assembly constituency earlier in the day has heated up the political matter. The Election Commission has sought a report from the West Bengal Government on Monday after BJP national vice-president Dilip Ghosh was allegedly manhandled. Ghosh was campaigning for party candidate Priyanka Tibrewal, who is pitted against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in the constituency, where by-poll will be held on 30 September. BJP alleged that Mamata Banerjee is afraid of defeat and violence is taking place in Bengal only at the behest of Mamata. Watch this video.
