October the 11th is scheduled for the NSW lockdown to end. By then, 70 percent of adults will be fully vaccinated. Regional travel was due to start at the same time but that's been delayed. It's now part of the roadmap to freedoms when the 80 percent vaccination target is reached probably just two weeks later.
