Unclear whether PM will attend Glasgow climate change summit in November

A decision is yet to be made on whether Prime Minister Scott Morrison will attend a major climate change summit in Glasgow later this year. Foreign Minister Marise Payne says the government is still working through who will represent Australia at the event.
