Federal Govt facing lawsuit over failure to close the gap for Indigenous pension

The federal government is facing legal action under the Racial Discrimination Act to lower the eligibility for access to the age pension for First Nations people. Jill Gallagher from the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health organisation says too many elders are currently missing out on getting the pension.
