Odisha: Reporter dies after boat to rescue elephant capsizes

A local TV reporter Arindam Das covering the rescue of an elephant stranded in river Mahanadi, died after the boat capsized on Friday. The reporter was covering the rescue when the boat-carrying media person lost control and capsized. He is survived by his son, wife, and mother. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has condoled Das’ death. Watch the video to know more.
