Cases soar and more exposure sites identified in regions

Victoria has recorded 847 new cases of COVID-19, the highest daily number of the current outbreak. The Victorian Vice President of the Australian Medical Association Dr Sarah Whitelaw says it has been a difficult week for the state with rising case numbers and violent protests.
