Fix Create New Folder Missing on Windows

Sometimes, We face the problem that we cant create new folder on Windows in Context Menu for some Registry or Other Error! The Problem is We can not create new folder using shortcut "Shift + Ctrl + N" even If we Fix It manually by Edit Registry by this method: - (It not work properly Its Old Method)

1. In the Registry Editor, go to the following key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
2. Create a subkey named New if it doesn’t already exist.
3. With the New key selected, double-click (default) in the right pane.
4. Select the (default) value data as follows:
{D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}
5. Exit the Registry Editor.
