Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Sept 20) that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) should be given prosecution powers, as the commission currently only has investigative powers while the decision to prosecute lies with the Attorney General’s Chambers.
