A right wing leader in Karnataka, who was previously a member of the Hindu Mahasabha has been arrested after a video of him threatening the state’s chief minister made the rounds on social media. Dharmendra can be seen threatening Karnataka Chief Minister Bommai over the recent demolition of a temple in Mysuru which was conducted under court orders. In the video, Dharmendra cites the murder of Mahatma Gandhi by Nathuram Godse and says that (Bommai) is no match for them. Reports came in of Dharmendra being taken into custody on Sunday evening after a complaint was filed in Mangaluru by HMS state president Lohith Kumar for misusing the organisation's name and issuing the threat to CM Bommai.
