Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has outlined the state's roadmap out of lockdown and confirmed restrictions will begin to ease when 70 per cent of the eligible population is fully vaccinated. Currently Victoria is sitting at 72 per cent of first doses and 44 per cent of double doses.
