Every Test match in the 2021-2023 World Test Championship cycle will carry the same number of points, the ICC have announced. Departing from a system where every series carried 120 points, the teams in WTC2 will now get 12 points for a win, four for a draw and six for a tie. The change has been made to "simplify" the system but percentage points will still be used to determine the standings.
