This will be the franchise's first academy in the Middle East and its second global cricket academy. With this, Rajasthan Royals have become the first IPL franchise to establish operations in the UAE. The Rajasthan Royals' UAE academy is being operated in partnership with UAE-based sports consulting firm RedBear Sports
