Today is the first anniversary of the Agriculture Act and Akali Dal has announced to celebrate this day as Black Day. Farmers have planned to take out a protest march from Gurudwara Rakabganj to Parliament. The police have also put up barricades to stop the farmers. Delhi Police has issued an alert.
