NZ win by an innings and 65 runs

New Zealand shared the 2-match Test series 1-1, beating Sri Lanka by an innings and 65 runs in Colombo on Monday. Niroshan Dickwella scored a valiant 51 but Boult, Southee, Patel and Somerville picked 2 wickets each to lead the Kiwis to victory. Earelier, despite only 48 overs being bowled in the penultimate day of the final Test between New Zealand and Sri Lanka in Colombo, the visitors managed to take a comfortable lead of 138 runs heading into Day 5.
