Several areas in Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow are now completely waterlogged after the city received continuous rains for over 12 hours. Rain uncovered the harsh reality of the smart city Lucknow drainage system. Even residential areas were also waterlogged. The power supply is cut in several parts of the city.
