"Ranjitsingh Desale 'Guruji' has changed the traditional system of education and has brought about a revolution in the education sector. He has given a digital touch to education through QR Code and Virtual Field Trip. He has been honoured four times with the Microsoft Innovative Education Expert award by Microsoft company. His first experiment was Q R Code, which was stuck on every lesson in the students’ text books and digitalised the books in Paritewadi. If a mobile is held over the QR Code by the student, the video of the lesson and audio clip can be seen. This method increased the students’ efficiency in understanding the lesson. This method is being replicated in other schools by Balbharati and all text books in Maharashtra are printed with QR Code. Under the Virtual Field Trip, students are given digital information about subjects including interactions with people from 88 countries."
