'This is the scary moment Kaleb Moore and his dad first encountered a deranged man in a terrifying road rage incident.
"My dad and I were driving to a nearby city for family photos and had just turned onto the road to leave Hoopeston when we noticed a beat-up van stopped on the side of the road," Kaleb told us. "We didn't think much of it and passed by the truck. A couple of moments later, we saw the truck on our tail and it kept getting closer."
The filmer added: "There were many things about the truck and the driver that made me feel a little sketched out, so I asked my dad to just pull to the side and let him pass by. Apparently, this is what sent him into a frenzy."
After escaping the lunatic driver, contacting the authorities, and sharing the video with the world, the filmer found out the man in question had attacked multiple other people across several states such as Idaho, Washington, Montana, Colorado, and Illinois, of course.
What's even scarier is the reason why he keeps lurking around in Illinois. Kaleb revealed: "A lady told me that when she was 11 and 12, this guy raped and impregnated her twice. She couldn't come out about her abuse until she was 28 and by then, her statute of limitations was up. She later fled with her children to Illinois where she was eventually followed."
