A bizarre sight was witnessed at Bihar's Katihar district on Sunday (Sept 12). This is Azad Alam, a candidate for the upcoming Panchayat polls in the State. Alam who hails from Katihar district's Rampur Panchayat arrived to file his nomination on a Buffalo. When asked about his ride, Alam stated that he cannot afford petrol or diesel due to his weak financial background. However, the sight garnered attention from locals and media.
