Delhi: 3-storey building collapses, locals remove debris

A 3-storey building has collapsed in the Sabzi Mandi area of North Delhi, trapping several people under the debris. Two children who were passing by the building have succumbed to injuries after being rescued from the rubble. Before the rescue teams arrive at the location, locals started to remove the debris and tried to rescue the people. Watch this report.
