A sum of RM5.9mil, part of the millions in Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi's corruption trial involving charity foundation Yayasan Akalbudi (YAB), did not come from illegal activities, the Kuala Lumpur High Court heard on Monday.
