पिछले साल अगस्त माह में केरल के कोझिकोड एयरपोर्टपर हुए प्लेन क्रैश (Kozhikode Plane Crash) हादसे की जांच रिपोर्ट सामने आ गई है. इस जांच रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि पायलट ने स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसीजर (SOP) का पालन नहीं किया था, जिसकी वजह से ये हादसा हुआ था.
