Typhoon “Kiko” (international name “Chanthu”) has further weakened while it continues to move over the coastal waters of Itbayat, Batanes, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 5 p.m. bulletin on Saturday, Sept. 11.
