Local firefighters head east on 9/11/01

Former Kern County fire chief Nick Dunn was a member of a National Response team in 2001, when the attack on the WTC took place. Before it was over, Dunn and nearly a dozen other local county and city firefighters were headed east to help in search and recovery efforts at the Pentagon. Memories that remain with him to this day.
