దళిత బంధు లాగా బీసి బంధు ప్రకటించి రాష్ట్రంలోని ఎంతో మంది నిరుపేదలను ఆదుకోవాలని బీసి సంఘం జాతీయ అధ్యక్షుడు ఆర్ కృష్ణయ్య తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని డిమాండ్ చేసారు.
