NSW Premier announces ending of daily press conference from next week

On a day when New South Wales has again reached a new record high in Covid cases, the Premier has announced she's scrapping her daily 11am news conference from next week. Gladys Berejiklian insists she's not shying away from public scrutiny, but the decision has been met with criticism given cases and hospitalisations are yet to peak.
