Torrential rains lashed Udham Singh Nagar where a lady with her daughter was seen getting drowned. In Udham Singh Nagar, both the mother and daughter were crossing the river with a tractor, but the tractor overturned in the middle of the river. Four more people were riding on the tractor, all of them somehow escaped but these two have not been found yet. In Udham Singh Nagar, many tractors are being used in crossing the Kosi river.
