Victoria records 246 new locally acquired COVID-19 cases

Victoria has recorded 246 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19. Contact tracers have so far linked 90 of them to existing outbreaks. There are 110 people in hospital, 30 of those are in ICU, and 14 on a ventilator.
