India reported 38,948 new Covid-19 cases and 219 fatalities in the last 24 hours. The new fatalities pushed the Covid death toll in the country to 4,40,752. India has 4,04,874 active cases of Covid as of today. The total recoveries have climbed to 3,21,81,995 after 43,903 people were discharged from the hospital in the last 24 hour. Kerala reported 26,701 new Covid cases and 74 deaths in last 24 hours. Under the nationwide Covid-19 vaccination drive, 25,23,089 doses were administered in 24 hours. 68,75,41,762 doses have been administered so far. A total of 53,14,68,867 samples tested for Covid-19 up to Sunday.
